Over his four-year association with Consult A Doctor, Karabees has served in several roles, including corporate development, corporate finance and sales and marketing. Most recently, Karabees served as Consult A Doctor’s senior vice president. Karabees has spent the past 25 years successfully executing high-growth sales, marketing, operational, and financial plans for early-stage and mid-market healthcare and technology companies.

Prior to joining Consult A Doctor, Karabees held the title of principal and managing director of corporate finance with CP Capital Securities, a Miami-based, healthcare-oriented investment banking firm. Karabees was recruited into the banking industry following several years at eLabor, a Los Angeles-based labor and project management technology company with substantial healthcare interests, where he led sales and marketing from early-stage through its bi-divisional acquisitions by Microsoft and ADP.
Karabees served honorably in the United States Air Force, is a contributor to and board member of the Enterprise Development Corporation of Florida, and is the co-founder of the Miami Innovation Fund, dedicated to funding seed-stage companies in Miami and Dade County, Florida.
