Communication Gone Wrong, EMR Conversion, Perception, and VR Humor – Fun Friday

Happy Friday everyone!  This is the point in summer in Las Vegas where we start wondering if living in snow wouldn’t be that bad.  Don’t worry.  In a few weeks we’ll forget that thought ever happened.  We hope you are all having a great summer.  Since it’s Friday, you know it’s time for another edition of Fun Friday where we share some humor to kick off your weekend the right way.

I’m not sure if this is automation or if this is a transcript of a voicemail where someone said Shut Up before they left their message. Either way, I think we can expect more mistakes like this in the future. The Shut Up did get Brendan’s attention I’m sure 🙂

This introduces some new CIO skills we haven’t really talked about on our CIO podcast and maybe we should. Ironically, I was driving in California last week and this was starting with a truck behind me. Luckily it didn’t go this crazy, but I was just waiting for the chase to happen. BTW, this isn’t probably the best way to sell to CIOs.

Boom! I’ve had this happen quite a bit in my life. I love when someone can take something that scares you and reframe it in a way that feels easier or better.

This is just funny. It’s also why I got multiple VR headsets so my kids and I could share the VR experience together.

Have a great weekend everyone!
