I’m not sure a Fun Friday works next to a September 11th article, but when have we ever been conventional. Plus, along with remembering an important day like 9/11, I saw first hand in the #HITsm chat today how much we all need some mental health support. Hopefully some of these cartoons will give you a laugh that’s needed.
Also keep a keen eye out on @EricTopol who’s a great curator of #healthcare and #tech cartoons too! This will resonate with you in our mutual downsizing mode, titled ‘Lisa and Mike Love to Read’ #booklovers pic.twitter.com/Xe5nn8gbXB

I don’t have the physical books, but I definitely have the digital subscriptions piled up like that. My favorite time in COVID-19 has been movie nights with my kids. Of course, I make them read before we can start the movie. They love it! (movie night, not the reading)
This is my all time favourite surgical cartoon. pic.twitter.com/R2gata0d4r

Ok, if we can’t have a little humor with masks, what are we doing? This was hilarious…and a good message to boot.
Have a great weekend everyone and we’ll be back with a lot more great health IT content on Monday!
Great post John, I think we all need a bit of humor this year. It’s one year we all need to stick together as it’s been rough for many regarding covid-19. I think everyone remembers where they were on 9/11, a sad moment for many and a moment that brought many together. In this year with all our troubles we need that moment of solidarity we had in 9/11 to come together.
Shaun,
I agree. Thanks for sharing and hopefully we can all be a little kinder, a little more forgiving, and show a little more love.
I second that John…… keep posting good positivity my friend. Hopefully everyone comes out of covid-10 a better person
