Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR CIN) seeks to hire a Senior Lean Six Sigma – Performance Improvement Specialist to work Full Time supporting the Quality department.

Please note: Southwestern Health Resources Clinically Integrated Network (SWHR CIN) is an affiliated company of Texas Health and UT Southwestern. If hired for this position, you will become a SWHR CIN employee rather than a Texas Health or UT Southwestern employee.

The address is 8150 Brookriver Drive, Dallas, Texas 75247 located at the SWHR Corporate Office.

Salary range is Min $37.60 – Max $56.43 – based on relevant experience

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Education Bachelor’s Degree In a related field required Master’s Degree Preferred Experience 5 years’ experience in Healthcare Delivery, to include at least 4 years in Quality Improvement / Performance Improvement as a primary role, with Bachelor’s Degree, Required OR 5 years’ experience in Healthcare Delivery, to include at least 3 years in Quality Improvement / Performance Improvement as a primary role, with Master’s Degree, Required

Background in Industrial and/or Systems Engineering (Strongly preferred) Licenses and Certifications SSGBC – Six Sigma Green Belt Certification upon hire Preferred or within 6 months of hire Required OR SSLP – Six Sigma Lean Professional upon hire Preferred or within 6 months of hire Required OR PMP – Project Management Professional Certification upon hire Preferred or within 6 months of hire Required

Skills Work requires good organizational skills. Work requires excellent written communications skills. Work requires demonstrated ability and skills with project management and quality improvement tools, such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, SharePoint, or Qeystone. Work requires strong analytical/problem solving skills. Work requires demonstrated ability and skills with quality improvement methodology, such as Six Sigma or Lean. Work requires ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines, as well as time management.
