The Clinical / Business Systems Support Analysts will work with clients on designing, implementing, and supporting applications and systems according to all industry best practices and applicable health care related regulations. The analyst will provide leadership and implementation expertise required for the analysis, design, testing, reporting, and documentation of client applications. This position participates in a wide variety of high level projects including transitions to new systems/solutions and modifications of existing systems/solutions.
Responsibilities May Include
- Collecting data as needed to document clinical workflows
- Design and configuration
- Application testing
- End-user training
- On-site go-live support
- Ancillary staffing (support desk and command center)
- Basic troubleshooting
- Triage skills for client issues
Position Key Accountabilities
- Ability to expand upon and acquire new skill sets
- Ability to seek and interpret data and documentation
- Ability to effectively share knowledge with client, peers or outside consultants
- Ability to travel or work after hours as required by Galen and our client
- Ability to operate independently and seek assistance when needed
Minimum Experience
Two years of experience in any of the following clinical / business applications:
- GE/IDX Business Solutions
- Allscripts TouchWorks
- Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM)
- eClinical Works
- Siemens/Invision
