Full time, direct hire candidate to join team and support Ambulatory Optimization Sprints of all clinics. The project involves going to each clinic, work with the MDs and other providers to optimize workflows. Might involve SmartTool work, small scale build, etc. Hopefully take what they learn from this to do more extensive optimization/build. Avg time per clinic is about 2 weeks, though that varies depending on size of clinic and number of providers. Anticipating about 2 years to get through all clinics. Agile environment, people familiar with sophisticated work flows.
Requirements
  • Epic Ambulatory Certification
  • 2+ years’ experience in Ambulatory build
  • Strong optimization experience
  • Prefer a candidate who has both Cadence and Amb certs, and experience with optimization.
