Position Overview
We are in search of an Epic Rev Cycle Manager to join our team. This position will be located with a client based in the Northeastern U.S.

Duties
Serves as the central point of communication for the Revenue Program
Provides regular status reporting and issues escalation/resolution to the Access and Revenue Application Manager and Program Manager
Manages assigned staff
Perform other duties as required

Required Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field. In the absence of a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years of experience above and beyond the experience requirements listed below
2+ years of managerial experience including supervisory experience
3+ years’ experience with Epic
Has been involved in at least 3 Epic go-lives
Patient Financial Services (PFS) Operational and / or Information Systems (IS) Revenue Cycle departmental management/leadership experience specifically in the areas of revenue management, billing (hospital, professional and home health) and receivables management/collections preferably in an Epic ‘shop’
Epic HB, PB and HH implementation experience in support of the transition of a new healthcare/hospital entity to the Epic System required
Full lifecycle experience in HB,PB and HomeHealth (build, testing, validation, workflow)
Single Billing Office experience preferred
Experience in building the application from the ground up
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to inform and train IT colleagues and other contractors as needed
Demonstrated skills in strategic and critical thinking, negotiation and relationship building.
Global vision and perspective in all areas of decision-making
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Customer focused, service oriented
Google Suite applications desired
