Shifting Mindsets in Organizations

An organization’s mindset is a really powerful thing that can determine the success or failure of your company. It also can determine the type and quality of the people you’ll recruit to your company. That’s why shifting your mindset can be an extremely powerful thing to your business.

I saw this graphic which illustrates some shifts in mindset that you may want to consider for your organization. Are you too far to the items on the left? Should you shift the mindset in your organization to more of the things on the right?

We won’t downplay how hard it is to shift a culture, but it’s possible to do. However, it takes commitment and leadership to change the culture. Shifting the mindset of your organization for any one of these things could make for a big win in every organization.

Take a look at this chart and imagine you were someone looking for a job. Which organization would you want to work at? Use that as a guiding principle.
