Thanks for the great synopsis of CHIME discussions. Yep – mitigating ICD10 risk would make a great EMR&HIPAA topic. And the amount of time for MD training around ICD-10 varies widely. Key is to train MDs only on those codes they need – and assess their documentation first to find the gaps.
Also – will you do the same type of video summary for AHIMA? Love the format. Thanks.
