TAMPA, Fla. – Sept. 27, 2012 – MedHOK, one of the healthcare industry’s fastest growing software companies, announced today the appointment of Maryalice Anderson, RN, BSN, PMP, as vice president of clinical solutions. MedHOK offers fully NCQA-certified software for HEDIS®, Pay for Performance and Disease Management performance measures.
Anderson will work with MedHOK’s product, technology and compliance/government affairs teams and provide clinical oversight in designing and enhancing the company’s proprietary software product. She will also be a resource to the client management and business development teams, and will lead accreditation efforts.

Prior to joining MedHOK, Anderson was the director of healthcare practice for Highpoint Solutions, where she provided project management services for both payers and providers over a 10 year period, including Senior Whole Health, Health First Health Plans, BMC HealthNet Plan, and Amerihealth Mercy Health Plan. She also served as the senior director of resource management for Univera Healthcare. Anderson received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron College of Nursing and is an active member of the Project Management Institute.
