Great infographic…but kind of gross too. I’ve heard a lot of these things (especially the whole — just because it’s a salad doesn’t mean it’s good for you — bit), but it doesn’t hurt to see it all again. I found it interesting that people that are on diets are 21.7 percent more healthy; I’ve heard a lot of opposing information about diets that exclude certain foods, so I wonder what was measured for being healthier.
