Happy 4th of July

Hopefully none of my regular readers that I basically took today off. I was busy all day enjoying time with family. My wife is pregnant and due in a few weeks and so I took our other kids away to the grandparents so they could enjoy the 4th of July and give my wife a nice break from the craziness of children. I’m a very lucky man.

What makes this day even more sweet is when I consider how many readers of this website didn’t have the day off. I can’t imagine the number of horrific scenes play out in hospitals around the country today. I’m grateful to those dedicated healthcare workers who sacrifice so much for the rest of us.

A big thank you from EMR and HIPAA to those in healthcare that took time away from family to help other families who needed their help.
