Ray Perez Joins LifeNexus, Inc. Board of Directors.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 29, 2011 – LifeNexus, the developer of the iChip™ and Personal Health Card®, today announced the addition of Ray Perez to its Board of Directors. The LifeNexus Personal Health Card is the first multi-purpose electronic health card utilizing the embedded iChip for securely maintaining an individual’s personal health record and incorporates a payment card option.

Mr. Perez’s career experience includes executive leadership roles within American Hospital Supply Corporation, Baxter Healthcare Corporation and most recently, Cardinal Health, Inc. where he served as President of the Specialty Pharmaceutical Services & Distribution Group. Ray brings over 30 years of broad general management, operations, marketing, purchasing and distribution experience across a variety of healthcare businesses ranging from packaging to commercialization. Ray currently serves as managing director of Vela Management Group, a Healthcare consulting practice focused on strategic planning, supply chain management and temporary executive services.
